# ourMSC Benefits accuracy audit and source log

Audit date: October 17, 2026 (America/New_York). Existing project appgprj_6aac0b6263c88191b5df79aa4cbb22da. All figures are USD monthly unless stated otherwise; pairs mean single / married couple living together. This is a screening tool, not an eligibility decision.

## Scope and verification limits

All 50 states and DC were reviewed. Every state now has a dated rule record and an age 65+ application or clearly labelled assistance route. Published phone purposes were checked against government sources; no telephone calls were placed. Official pages, manuals, PDFs, and their linked forms were opened; some pages required ordinary curl/PDF extraction when the web reader failed. Search snippets were not treated as final proof. Blocked sources and conflicting documents remain recorded below.

States requiring a closer check for MSP answers: VT, WA. Federal baseline screens, with unresolved state implementation or exception details: AL, CO, FL, GA, KS, NH. Other states can still require review for immigration, sponsor finances, housing support, special income/assets, or noted household exceptions. A federal baseline positive does not certify all state exceptions or every cutoff.

The audit covers state MSP rules and aged Medicaid application routing. It does not certify every financial rule for full Medicaid, all SNAP/SSI/Marketplace values, translated prose, every local service or approximately 1,000 local phone listings. Other program review dates were retained. No Supabase dependency required a change.

## Principal corrections and resolved questions

- New Mexico: remove all three MSP asset tests. CMS SPA 20-0016 is effective January 1, 2021, correcting the guide's approximate “since 2020” wording.
- Mississippi: remove QMB, SLMB and QI asset tests; use the $50 general income exclusion once per household. Ordinary pension gross equivalents are QMB $1,380 / $1,854, SLMB $1,646 / $2,214, QI $1,846 / $2,485. Its official temporary homepage confirms the applicant phone and explains the regular website outage.
- Florida: replace AHCA 888-419-3456 with DCF 1-866-762-2237 for eligibility/application help; use MyACCESS for full aged Medicaid and the Medicare Buy-In form for MSP-only requests.
- Maryland: replace the Marketplace application route with marylandbenefits.gov/local Department of Social Services for age 65+. MSP questions are recorded separately from full aged applications.
- New York: current official instructions authorize NY State of Health for many dual-eligible, age 65+ non-LTC, and MSP applicants. LDSS/HRA remains appropriate for LTC, spend-down and other locally handled cases. Do not apply a blanket Marketplace prohibition.
- Massachusetts: retain the $20 exclusion once per individual/couple. Current 130 CMR 519 and 520 confirm 190% QMB, 210% SLMB and 225% QI limits; the audit's question is resolved.
- Delaware: remove the remaining SLMB/QI resource tests. DSSM 17300/17400/17500 confirms the waiver across all three tiers.
- Connecticut: exclude the first $65 of earnings and half of remaining earnings; no extra $20 is added to its published adjusted gross thresholds.
- Indiana: use the worker manual's countable limits with the $20 exclusion, including QI couple $3,337 countable ($3,357 ordinary pension gross). The SHIP public table shows $3,356; record this disagreement rather than silently following it.
- California and Hawaii: use current state monthly charts for the small couple rounding differences; California's worker notice confirms countable rather than literal gross comparison.
- Rhode Island: current state consumer table publishes gross QMB $1,683 / $2,275 and QI $2,255 / $3,050; use DHS 855-697-4347 instead of the Marketplace number.
- Arkansas and Wisconsin: use state-published decimal limits where confirmed. Texas, Louisiana and other verified states use strict upper bounds where current policy explicitly requires them.
- Aged application functions are distinguished from member service, plan enrollment, complaints, provider help and counseling. Find Help contacts are rebuilt from the same source. NEMT guidance uses the member's transportation contact rather than relabelling an eligibility office as ride booking.

## National comparison and retained federal baseline

The complete [NCOA March 2026 table](https://assets.ncoa.org/ffacfe7d-10b6-0083-2632-604077fd4eca/78306116-4908-4802-ae2f-67968427bb55/2026_MSP_Coverage_and_Eligibility.pdf) was opened and compared against all 51 entries. Its state figures are estimates, and several are older than current state publications, including CT, MA, RI, VT and WA. The newer official state source controls.

[SSA POMS HI 00815.023, February 26, 2026](https://secure.ssa.gov/poms.nsf/lnx/0600815023) confirms federal monthly limits, the $20 exclusion and $9,950 / $14,910 resources. [Medicare.gov 2026 MSP guidance](https://www.medicare.gov/basics/costs/help/medicare-savings-programs) confirms the ordinary gross equivalents QMB $1,350 / $1,824, SLMB $1,616 / $2,184 and QI $1,816 / $2,455. A countable limit must not receive the exclusion twice. Alaska and Hawaii use their own poverty guidelines.

## State records and old versus new values

Each entry below records the date checked, effective date where found, previous engine values, new screening values, counting method, per-program resources, application route, exact source URLs and unresolved evidence. “No test” means a verified resource waiver; unknown values are not represented as a waiver. Values retained under a review gate are documented candidates rather than certified state cutoffs.

## Tests and publication gate

Run after every engine/state change:

- node checks/benefits-accuracy.test.js — all nine independent audit households, all 51 state records, single/couple income and resource boundary cases below/at/above cutoffs, strict-bound handling, review gates, and Benefits/Find Help contact synchronization.
- node checks/benefits-navigation.test.js — existing navigation, syntax, five translation dictionaries, privacy and responsive CSS.
- node checks/personal-help.test.js — 9,190 state/need/cost/mobility/care combinations.
- node checks/help-finder.test.js — 918 routes and question/state handoff journeys; optional form submission mocked only.
- node checks/practical-help-ui.test.js and node checks/florida-hands-on-transport.test.js — accessible transportation paths.
- node scripts/verify-benefits-live.mjs --live — fetch live Benefits/Find Help pages and compare exact published JS; execute the nine households and seven contact panels with DOM simulation.

Results are recorded in verification/benefits/test-results-2026-10-17.json. Live verification is recorded only after deployment. No rendered browser/mobile interaction test is claimed because the required browser capability is unavailable.

## Prevention and review calendar

AGENTS.md and verification/benefits/review-calendar.json require primary government evidence for each fact, a full 51-state comparison, purpose-specific contact checks, the nine households plus cutoff tests, and old/new source entries before publication. January: poverty/SSI/Extra Help; March–April: MSP state implementation; October: SNAP; November: Medicare premiums and Marketplace rules. Announced future values remain separate from currently effective values. A program's review date advances only after its own values have been checked. The existing resource-verification workflow is updated to enforce these requirements and handle due seasonal checks; no duplicate automation is needed.

## Benefits presentation and source review — 2026-10-29

- Retirement: the prior `work === 'both'` row said “Needs a closer check”; it now says “Likely eligible” and directs people not already receiving it to SSA at 1-800-772-1213. The answer still requires SSA to confirm a qualifying work record. Checked [SSA retirement benefits](https://www.ssa.gov/benefits/retirement/) on 2026-10-29; the page says retirement generally requires at least ten years of Social Security-covered work and can start at age 62. No payment estimate or financial limit was changed.
- Extra Help and SNAP source lists now include the [2026 HHS poverty guidelines, published January 15, 2026](https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2026/01/15/2026-00755/annual-update-of-the-hhs-poverty-guidelines), checked 2026-10-29. Their screen already used annual 100% FPL $15,960 / $21,640 in the contiguous states and DC, $19,950 / $27,050 in Alaska and $18,360 / $24,890 in Hawaii; no dollar value changed. The Marketplace row retains the [2025 notice](https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2025/01/17/2025-01377/annual-update-of-the-hhs-poverty-guidelines) because the 2026 Marketplace calculation uses that prior-year guideline.
- SNAP rows marked likely now appear in the main results instead of behind “Check other benefits.” This is a visibility change, not a new eligibility rule.

## SNAP October checkpoint — 2026-10-18

Checked the current administering federal sources for the FY 2027 values used by the conservative older-adult SNAP screen. Effective date: October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. No `engine.js` or `states.js` change was required because every checked value was already current.

Old and verified-current values:

- Net monthly income, one/two people: 48 states and D.C. $1,330 / $1,804; Alaska $1,663 / $2,255; Hawaii $1,530 / $2,075.
- Standard deduction, one/two people: 48 states and D.C. $217; Alaska $371; Hawaii $306.
- Federal elderly/disabled household resource threshold: $4,750.
- Earned-income deduction: 20 percent of gross earned income.
- Excess-medical deduction threshold: allowable monthly medical expenses above $35 for an elderly or disabled household member.

Official sources checked:

- https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-7/subtitle-B/chapter-II/subchapter-C/part-273/subpart-D/section-273.9

Scope boundary: this checkpoint did not change or freshly certify state BBCE percentages, state asset rules, phone numbers or application routes. Their existing review dates remain unchanged. The complete old/new comparison, source dates and next-check trigger are recorded in `verification/benefits/source-review-2026-10-18-snap.json`.

## Muslim senior organization verification — 2026-10-20

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. Two Michigan elder-care program records were reviewed against current official primary sources:

- The Family & Youth Institute, Aging with Dignity / Elder Care Initiative: https://thefyi.org/the-fyi-new/ ; https://thefyi.org/eldercare-toolkit/ ; https://thefyi.org/contact/ ; https://thefyi.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/The-FYI-Annual-Report-2025_v6.pdf
- Muslim Community of Western Suburbs, Supporting Our Elders / Aging with Dignity: https://www.mcws.org/services ; https://www.mcws.org/events/seniors-event

Held evidence:

- Islamic Society of Delaware Seniors Group: https://isdonline.org/isd-seniors-group/ — official page says “Coming Soon.”
- Muslim Support Network: https://muslimsupportnetwork.org/ — official page says meetings are suspended until further notice.

The detailed verification record, eligibility limits, public contacts, evidence URLs and coverage gaps are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-20.json`.

## Muslim senior organization verification — 2026-10-21

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. Three senior-program records were reviewed against current official primary sources:

- Indonesian Muslim Association in America, Seniors Exercise and Essential Dry Food Box: https://imaamcenter.org/programs ; https://imaamcenter.org/about-us ; https://imaamcenter.org/contact-us ; https://imaamcenter.org/social-service
- Washington West African Center, Grandmas’ Hangout: https://wawac.org/service/business-consulting/ ; https://wawac.org/about-wawac/ ; https://wawac.org/contact/

Held evidence:

- Islamic Education Center Husaini proposed adult day care: https://www.iechusaini.org/seniors/ — the page says the organization is working to establish the service and does not show that it is operating.
- Islamic Center of Peoria Rides for Elderly: https://icpeoria.org/forms/icp-membership/ — the phrase appears only as a volunteer-interest option, without rider eligibility, booking, geography or accessibility details.
- Islamic Society of Delaware Seniors Group: https://isdonline.org/isd-seniors-group/ — the official page says “Coming Soon.”
- Muslim Support Network: https://muslimsupportnetwork.org/ — the official page says meetings are suspended until further notice.

The detailed verification record, program eligibility limits, public contacts, evidence URLs and coverage gaps are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-21.json`.

## Muslim senior organization maintenance — 2026-10-22

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. Four existing Muslim senior records were rechecked against current official primary sources and updated with dated verification, current public contacts, participation limits and safer action language:

- Arizona Muslim Senior Services: https://arizonamuslimseniorservices.org/ ; https://arizonamuslimseniorservices.org/mission ; https://arizonamuslimseniorservices.org/team
- Islamic Foundation 50+ Social: https://www.islamicfoundation.org/services/seniors-club ; https://www.islamicfoundation.org/services ; https://www.islamicfoundation.org/contact
- Islamic Association of Raleigh Older Adult Committee: https://raleighmasjid.org/audiences/older-adults/ ; https://raleighmasjid.org/
- ADAMS Silver Lounge: https://adamscenter.org/we-belong/ ; https://adamscenter.org/contact/

No net-new website listing was published from this review. Held evidence:

- Roots Community Seniors Program: https://www.rootsdfw.org/programs/adults — program is described for adults age 55+, but the displayed occurrence is stale and no current public program contact or registration route was found.
- Muslim Community Center Golden Gathering: https://www.mccmd.org/event/golden-gathering-seniors-committee — announced launch is October 23, 2026; it was not treated as operating before its start, and MCC already has a broader senior-program record.
- New Haven Islamic Center Senior Services: https://nhicct.org/documents-forms/ — the linked Senior Services PDF returns 404, while another official page retains stale suspension language.
- Islamic Center of Maryland Seniors Program: https://icomd.org/2025/01/01/chai-craft/ — the official page lacks a current description, schedule, eligibility or program intake route.
- Minnesota Somali Seniors Center: https://licensinglookup.dhs.state.mn.us/ — an active adult-day license was found, but primary evidence did not establish Muslim leadership or Muslim-specific services.
- Husseini Islamic Center Ladies Seniors Program: https://www.orlandocenter.org/events/calendar/ — only a past occurrence was found, without a current recurring page or next date.

The detailed verification record, eligibility limits, public contacts, evidence URLs and coverage gaps are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-22.json`.

## Muslim senior organization verification — 2026-10-23

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. Two current senior-program records were verified against official primary sources and published in the national directory and shared resource snapshot. No question-driven Find Help result or logic changed:

- Islamic Center of Orlando Seniors Services Committee: https://icorlando.org/about/committees/ ; https://icorlando.org/
- MAPS Community Services Senior Connections: https://mapsredmond.org/communityservices/ ; https://www.facebook.com/mapsredmond.org/videos/1325167203018601/

The direct MAPS/MCRC Golden Times event page was not used as current proof because it is dated April 15, 2024 and states that the event has passed. Muslim Community Center Golden Gathering remained held because its official launch is later on October 23, 2026 and MCC already has a broader senior-program record.

The detailed verification record, eligibility limits, public contacts, evidence URLs and coverage gaps are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-23.json`.

## Minnesota culturally relevant adult day service — 2026-10-24

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. One state-licensed service was added to Minnesota's Senior Programs & Activities results and the shared resource snapshot:

- Somali Senior's Center: https://mn.gov/adresources/search/f91d85d9-af64-5386-9fbb-9304082ca920/ — Minnesota Aging and Disability Resources lists Hennepin County service, phone 612-709-3686, multiple waiver payment routes, client transportation, Somali-community specialization and an October 16, 2026 update.
- Minnesota DHS license 1056588: https://licensinglookup.dhs.state.mn.us/Details.aspx?l=1056588 — active adult day care license for adults age 18+, last renewed or updated January 1, 2026, next renewal due December 31, 2026; the official page also exposes public correction-order documents.

The listing is not marked Muslim-Friendly because neither official source makes a religious-service claim. Muslim Community Center Golden Gathering remained held because its official page still presents the October 23 launch as upcoming on October 24 and the directory already has a broader MCC senior-program record. Noor Haven Assisted Living remained held because a matching current Illinois government license record was not located.

The detailed verification record, eligibility limits, public contacts, evidence URLs and coverage gaps are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-24.json`.

## Connecticut and Missouri caregiver support verification — 2026-10-25

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. Two state-specific services were verified against current official primary sources and added to Caregiver Support results and the shared resource snapshot:

- Connecticut National Family Caregiver Support Program: https://www.myplacect.org/family-caregivers/national-family-caregiver-support-program/ — statewide Area Agency on Aging intake for eligible adult caregivers, including service navigation, respite, education, training and limited supplemental supports; direct application line 1-800-994-9422.
- Missouri Area Agencies on Aging — In-Home and Caregiver Services: https://health.mo.gov/partners-providers/area-agencies-aging/home-services ; https://health.mo.gov/partners-providers/area-agencies-aging — all-county referral for adults age 60+ and caregivers, including respite, personal care, homemaker help, friendly visiting and home modifications; callers enter a ZIP code at 1-800-235-5503 to reach the correct local agency.

Neither record is marked Muslim-Friendly because the official sources do not make a religious-service claim. No Connecticut or Missouri mosque-based senior program met the current-primary-evidence and actionable-intake threshold. New Haven Islamic Center remains held because its Senior Services document is unavailable; the Islamic Center of Central Missouri site does not establish a senior-specific program; and Missouri licensed adult day listings do not establish Muslim leadership or Muslim-specific services. Noor Haven Assisted Living remains held pending a matching current Illinois government license record.

The detailed verification record, eligibility limits, public contacts, evidence URLs and coverage gaps are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-25.json`.

## Multi-state caregiver support and ICCD senior program refresh — 2026-10-26

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. Four state-specific services were verified against current official primary sources and added to Caregiver Support results and the shared resource snapshot:

- Illinois Family Caregiver Support Program: https://ilaging.illinois.gov/programs/caregiver/program.html — statewide information, service access help, counseling, support groups, training, respite referrals and limited supplemental services; Illinois Department on Aging Senior HelpLine 1-800-252-8966.
- Massachusetts Family Caregiver Support Program: https://www.mass.gov/info-details/family-caregiver-support-program — free support for qualifying unpaid caregivers, including one-to-one planning, referrals, training, support groups and respite; MassOptions intake 1-800-243-4636.
- Maryland Family Caregiver Support Program and Maryland Access Point: https://aging.maryland.gov/programs-and-services/caregivers ; https://aging.maryland.gov/programs-and-services/maryland-access-point — statewide local-service navigation and application help through MAP or Area Agencies on Aging; 1-844-MAP-LINK (1-844-627-5465).
- North Carolina Family Caregiver Support Program: https://www.ncdhhs.gov/divisions/aging/family-caregiver-support-program — provider-directory access to locally varying information, counseling, training, short-term respite and limited supplemental services; the program explicitly does not pay continuous caregiver wages.

The existing ICCD Platinum Legacy Seniors Group record was refreshed from https://iccdny.org/platinum-legacy-seniors-group/ and https://www.albanycountyny.gov/congregate-dining with its Tuesday 11 a.m.–2 p.m. schedule, age 60+/spouse eligibility, 24-hour reservation requirement, county reservation phone and separate ICCD program contact. None of the four state programs is marked Muslim-Friendly because the official sources do not make a religious-service claim.

The question-driven Find Help caregiver path was also corrected: reduced-cost respite and caregiver-finding journeys now show a verified statewide caregiver program before a generic home-care funding referral when one is available. This applies to the newly verified Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland and North Carolina programs and the previously verified Connecticut and Missouri programs. Paid-only searches continue to prioritize paid care providers. North Carolina uses its official provider-directory route without inventing a program telephone number.

Held evidence:

- Islamic Multi-Service Organization / Mosque for Praising Allah: https://imsoboston.org/about-us/ — the official page identifies advocacy for Muslim seniors but does not establish a specific operating service, eligibility, schedule or intake route.
- Islamic Society of Baltimore Eating Together halal meal lead: https://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/departments/aging/eating-together — the current official guide could not be opened to verify the exact schedule, eligibility and intake details.

The detailed verification record, eligibility limits, public contacts, evidence URLs and coverage gaps are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-26.json`.

## Pennsylvania and Texas Muslim senior social programs — 2026-10-27

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. Two current mosque-based senior social programs were verified against official primary sources and added to Senior Programs & Activities and the shared resource snapshot:

- Muslim Seniors of Greater Pittsburgh at the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh: https://www.icp-pgh.org/adult-programs — monthly gathering for local Muslims age 55+, typically on the second Saturday in the center's basement social hall; center contact 412-682-5555. This is distinct from the existing ICP senior-resource directory record.
- North Austin Muslim Community Center / Masjid Aisha Senior Social Retreat Program: https://namcc.org/ — current program for adults age 60+, listed for August 30–December 28, 2026 with 9 a.m.–noon sessions; center contact 512-491-7148 and info@namcc.org. The public listing directs readers to confirm the next session before visiting.

No question-driven Find Help result or logic changed. Muslim-Friendly remains a filter, and the initial “Who is the help for?” step remains unchanged.

Held evidence:

- SABA Islamic Center Seniors Club: https://www.saba-igc.org/general/seniors-club — the current page confirms the club and general center contact but does not publish an operating schedule, eligibility, services or program-specific intake route.
- Islamic Society of Delaware Seniors Group: https://isdonline.org/isd-seniors-group/ — the official page still says “Coming Soon.”
- Islamic Center of Cambridge Seniors Club and Durham Islamic Society Golden Age Program were excluded because their official pages place them in Ontario, Canada, outside this U.S. database's scope.

The detailed verification record, public contacts, evidence URLs, exclusions and coverage gaps are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-27.json`.

## Muslim senior organization and Find Help review — 2026-10-28

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. No net-new website listing or Find Help logic change remained after live QA. The proposed Islamic Center of South Jersey Seniors Club listing from https://us.mohid.co/nj/njrgn/icsj was withdrawn when the live New Jersey page showed an existing Best Years Club record for the same parent organization. The official sources reviewed do not establish whether the two names refer to the same club or separate programs. The platform also shows conflicting $8 and $15 fees and a placeholder midnight meeting time. The prior site version was restored and checked live with the duplicate absent. Olive Community Services, https://www.olivecs.org/programs, was already in the California directory and was not duplicated.

The existing question-driven Central Florida wheelchair medical-ride path was rendered in a desktop browser; it provided a direct paid accessible-ride phone action plus distinctly labeled referral and coverage-counseling actions. The 4,896,603-path local Find Help audit and all nine Benefits audit households passed. Rendered mobile QA was unavailable; responsive-width code checks passed. The detailed held-lead, QA and coverage record is `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-28.json`.

## Illinois Muslim senior gathering review — 2026-10-29

No Benefits rule, amount, percentage, disregard, asset limit, phone, application route or program review date changed. The October SNAP checkpoint was completed October 18; the next seasonal checkpoint is November CMS Medicare premiums and Marketplace plan-year rules.

- Orland Park Prayer Center Al-Nour Golden Years gathering: https://orlandparkprayercenter.org/events/al-nour-gathering-for-the-golden-years/ — official program page lists senior-focused weekly gatherings Wednesdays 11:30 a.m.–12:45 p.m. at the OPPC Wellness Center, 10481 164th Place, Orland Park, Illinois; conversation, Quran reflection, practical faith discussions, health awareness and light activities; contact 708-428-1400 extension 100. Minimum age, fee, membership conditions and accessibility are not specified and must be confirmed before visiting.
- Archive and general contact cross-checks: https://orlandparkprayercenter.org/events/ ; https://orlandparkprayercenter.org/contact/ . The program page listed November 4, 2026 as a next occurrence when checked October 29; a call is still recommended to confirm before visiting. No parent/program duplicate was found in the existing shared directory.

The program was selected for Illinois Senior Programs & Activities only. It was not represented as an accessible transportation, healthcare or financial-assistance result. The detailed research record and held leads are in `verification/national-muslim-senior-research-ledger-2026-10-29.json`.

## Approved resource and transport corrections — October 31, 2026

Shahida approved these three existing-record corrections. No Benefits amount, rule, contact or seasonal review date changed.

- Right By Your Side: https://www.rbys.com/transportation checked 2026-10-31. Old: generic non-emergency medical type, extra Muslim-friendly insertion bypassed trip-purpose filtering and hands-on warning ignored its assisted transfers. New: explicit medical-only type and trip-purpose restriction shared by both result paths; documented assisted transfers determine hands-on matches and warning. Cost remains `varies`: official provider page accepts insurance and offers self-pay rates, with intake confirmation; no free-ride or coverage guarantee. Private-pay providers remain excluded from reduced-budget routes. Source claims are provider acceptance, not a Medicare coverage determination.
- ACCESS Halal Congregate Meals: https://thesenioralliance.org/video/halal-meal-programs-for-older-adults/ supports the program/provider relationship; https://www.accesscommunity.org/human-services/basic-needs confirms Social Services contact 313-203-3392 but not meal intake. Replaced unrelated action link and removed unsupported weekly-speaker claim. Description now requires confirmation of enrollment, venue, schedule, eligibility and cost. Source check date is not a full operational/metadata certification.
- India Home — Desi Senior Center (Jamaica): https://www.indiahome.org/our-senior-centers/ and https://indiahome.org/contact-us/ confirm current center address 85-37 168th Street, hours and 718-739-3182; main office 917-288-7600. https://indiahome.org/partners/ supports halal accommodation and mosque partnership. Replaced outdated current-location claim and Muslim-center type with culturally responsive South Asian senior center. Retained Muslim-friendly classification for accommodation, without implying Muslim leadership. Language claims are health-information resources, not all staff proficiency. Source checks dated 2026-10-31; stable resource IDs retained.

Validation: retained personal-help regression plus 48 targeted transport combinations; test payment mutation confirms private-pay exclusion through both insertion paths. Shared data regenerated from public/app.js using corrected public-directory sync script. Live post-deployment tests are recorded separately after observation.

## November seasonal checkpoint opened — 2026-11-01 (partial)

Opened current CMS 2026 A/B release https://www.cms.gov/newsroom/fact-sheets/2026-medicare-parts-b-premiums-deductibles and confirmed standard Part B premium $202.90/month and deductible $283/year for 2026. No value changed. Final 2027 A/B notice was not located in this source check; Trustees projections are not adopted. Next CMS check November 8 or immediately upon a final release. Opened https://www.cms.gov/newsroom/fact-sheets/plan-year-2027-marketplace-plans-prices-fact-sheet-0 , https://www.healthcare.gov/quick-guide/dates-and-deadlines/ and https://www.healthcare.gov/quick-guide/eligibility/ for 2027 enrollment dates and Medicare/private Marketplace distinction. This is not a full subsidy/rule review; no program review date advances and no future figure becomes currently effective. State aged Medicaid/MSP routes, especially NY, are not reclassified by the private Marketplace exclusion. Detailed partial review and next actions: reports/resources/2026-11-01.md.
